Overall very disappointing. The workout programs seem really good & I like the variety of exercises. But it Doesn't actually keep track of your progress in a program. Doesn't record reps, sets or weight (even though app claims that it does) even argues with you about manually entering PR's because it claims it's put in automatically. If you don't push the right series of buttons, it won't truck that the workout that you did was from a certain program, only that you trained legs...

Would like more filtering for creating personal plans. I cannot really find a set that works well for a person without access to a gym. You can filter a few things, but after selecting one category it won't let me filter any more. So I can't say, filter for a beginner, at home, 30 minute workout. Also, screen times out when trying to watch a guided workout, making it pretty worthless for that feature.

Good, but wish it was better for my needs. The design is pretty intuitive and aesthetically pleasing, but the features are limited. I'm specifically looking for the ability to add things like rest times, notes, modifications, etc. To my workout plans. I'd also like to be able to add specific muscle groups and have a section to record and monitor weight and BFP. You can add sets, reps, weight, and monitor lifting progress so it's great for what it is, just not great for me :/

We train to be better than we were yesterday, so itā€™s only right that the Gymshark Training App keeps getting better too. Weā€™ve taken on your feedback and made some changes to version 2.43.0
